Be rest assured your making the right choice in picking Wendy as your property manager (Home Run Realty). From start to finish you feel assured your in good hands. We just transferred from an agent that treated us and our property like a number and only operated in their best interests when it suited them. We thought they are all the same. Wendy is different in a big way. She puts herself in your shoes, knows what solution to take (rent increase) and acts on it with well written correspondence (knowledge of the market) kept us in the loop and follows up things with the renter for a favourable outcome. She has simply restored our faith in property management and we couldn't be happier. I am now referring my brother in law to do the same.

Wendy recently took over the management of our property at 1006, 677 La Trobe Street, Docklands, VIC 3008. She is very friendly, experienced and very easy to work with. Very professional and responsive in dealings throughout the tenanting experience, prompt to reply to emails, returned all calls and she was kind and understanding. Her service is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone. Keep up the great work Wendy.
