This is a perfectly located street
1 min walk to the station and very close to both primary and secondary schools
Some of the homes have gorgeous views of the city

"Enjoy the quiet and the views..."
Alfred road is another street that not many people are aware of as it is not a thoroughfare at all. Therefore you will find that the traffic is quite low. The other big feature about this street is the amazing city views you can get from the high side and the low side.
Many of the older post war homes are now being demolished to make way for some amazing new contemporary homes.
The spot is also very convenient to Essendon North Village, Woodland street shops, St Vincents primary & Strathmore or Glenbervie train stations.
