This is such an old part of Essendon. It has units and houses mixed in together. Not the best street but a great location

"A perfect street, young families, close to everything and property value just keeps going up and up!"
This is your perfect street, you have a mix of all ages from the elderly to young families, everyone is very friendly. It is close to excellent public service infrastructure and close to many wonderful schools, child care facilities, parks, shops - you name it we have it all and best of all your property value will just go up and up!
