"A premium location near the old Essendon footy ground."
Such a lovely area right in the heart of Windy Hill. Quality homes with lovely gardens interspersed with units and townhouses which is great if you are a first home buyer and wish to live in a premium location. Quick access to the freeway. Walking distance to shops and transport. A beautiful and peaceful part of old Essendon.

Ardoch street is located in the heart of Windy Hill and is the home to the big thin palm tree you can see from many different parts of Moonee Valley & Moreland. The tree is actually protected by heritage with a plaque attached to it.
The street itself has some amazing period style homes but also has many units & apartments to chose from which are very popular with the first home buyers.
