Reviews of Alfreds Garden, Kingston

"The entrance to a masterplanned Kingston Green"

This is the very first part of a masterplanned suburb known as Kingston Green. Alfreds Garden is named after Alfred Chung who was a market gardener on this property for approximately 30 years. The road was constructed in 2003 by Greg James the current property owner. The original masterplan was devised by George Leich an architect who is based in Sydney and Hobart and owns the firm Smartgrowth. The Civil Construction is by Adrian Granger and the surveyor is Andrew Hamilton. Andrea Avenue is now known as Eleni Ave and is the first Street to the left. George Avenue (2004) is the first street to the right and Keith St (2008) is now constructed and is the second on the right. The third street on the right is Kitty Way (2008) and the second on the left has started construction and is now known as Eliza Ave (2010). The expected finish for construction at Kingston Green is 2015.
