Anderson Avenue runs in an East/West direction from The Esplanade through to Alexander Avenue
The areas between Cornish Avenue and the Esplanade are reasonably elevated and many sites are able to command impressive views across the coast,township & Onkaparinga Estuary.There is a great diversity of dwelling styles from the early 1900's right through to the modern era. A number of the older homes have undergone significant renovations & capital improvements.The area is very well regarded by young families and accordingly is tightly held.Frieda Corpe Kindergarten and Port Noarlunga Primary School are only minutes on foot. A short stroll to the South will take you down to the township with a choice of Cafes ,restaurants,the hotel and of course the jetty and beach.
While a similar stroll to the North will land you in Beach Road with a different variety of cafes and shopping experiences.The residents are friendly and approachable and there is a real sense of community.
