"Truely spectacular coastline & beautiful clean sandy beaches"
The views across the jetty,reef and sea are quite spectacular.The standard of housing is generally older style but in well maintained condition.The majority of allotments are well proportioned with good development potential for the future.The Onkaparinga Council has commenced undertaking significant capital works to upgrade community facilities.The emergence of cafes ,restaurants and the Port Noarlunga Hotel provide locals and visitors with an abundance of dining out choices all at reasonable prices.Waterfront homes are tightly held with choice sites achieving sale prices in excess of $1million.This still represents very good value for the lifestyle and future growth potential.Ideal for families,couples & retiree's.
