Ararat safe?
I heard that the North of the railway track is unsafe, I am looking at property in Timmins Street. Is it safe?

Yes Ararat is a safe place to live.
It has a good little community of people.
A good range of recreational facilitates and services in the region.
A lovely place to bring up kids.
