"Close to everything!"
Arthur street is not really littered with rubbish but there is a bit here and there, but honestly it is in most cases 100m from the station, shops and the schools are not too far either. It is most probably the most central location in punchbowl in terms of comfortable living. I would definetely recommend to buy an investment in this street as the yields are great!
There are coffee shops in punchbowl, great lebanese food, gyms close to arthur street and pretty much everything.

"Living in Nightmare"
Most horrible and very dangerous street to live in, full of drunks at afternoon time and frequently you will find gangsters and it’s been a nightmare situation after moving in to Arthur Street, punchbowl. It’s really unsafe for children and women as drunken men is abusing and shouting at you when you walk.
