Ascot Vale Road, Flemington, VIC 3031

Flemington, in particular Ascot Vale road is one of those roads where everyone says hello when they go by, from the neighbours who I know to the indian students down the street, its a friendly place. The neighbours all look out for each other and if someone is away, another neighbour puts your bins in for you or closes your gate. In 12 years, I have never had anything taken from my property or any disturbances. Sure cup week can be busy, but you plan for that week, and that becomes part of the rythm and colour of living in flemington.
