"Quiet tree lined street. Great neighbourly spirit."
Treble tree lined street full of honourable old weatherboards punctuated occasionally by modern architectural blights.
Very friendly with plenty of chat between neighbours - new, old and young.
Toe-rags sometimes passing through - evidence the odd missing fence picket or fence-post finial. Sigh...
