"Great for young families"
While not the prettiest this street offers great inner city living for young families with lots of primary schools, trains, trams, parks and friendly neighbours close by. Plus we have a park in the streat and lots of streets nearby which offer good opportunities for bike ridign and so on. and the CBD is only 3 stops away on the train - or you can use tram or ride your bike.
The council needs a kick in the backside for not having speed humps and for repalcing the dark, ugly small trees with smaller, darker more ugly ones.
House quality isn't great so don't expect a McMansion but character a plenty.
