What is the commute from Ashgrove to CQUniversity like?

Hi, I will go to Australia in 2012 with my family. I will be studying at CQUniversity at 160 Ann Street. I really like the reviews of Ashgrove, but can anyone help me to understand how is the commute like to UNI? Thanks a lot from Costa Rica :)

Depending what time of the day you have to travel - durring peak hour, about 30 minues, other time 10-15 minutes. Nice area Ashgrove.

I agree. The commute will take about 30 mins before 9am. Ashgrove is a great suburb. There are 3 supermarkets and it's well serviced by the bus. A few cute coffee shops and a very cool suburban boutique bar - The Junk Bar
