How is Bacchus Marsh currently going?

Im looking at buying a IP and eventually possibly doing a development there as well, just trying tow ork out if its a good idea and get a general consensus on how things are going in the town.

Hi,

I would definitely recommend Bacchus Marsh.

Transport to City under is around 40 mins - V/Line
Crime rate is practically nil
Very friendly people
Young families
Great shopping strips
Supermarkets
The resident population of Bacchus Marsh in 2016 was 6,408, living in 2,920 dwellings with an average household size of 2.34. By 2019 is grew to 7,205 residence.
So many new estates popping up.

Its a fantastic place for an investment,

Yeah we bought a house about 5 years ago and approx 1200sqm block, I would eventually like to sub divide and build a house at the back or even 2 x townhouse/units which i believe is possible as well
