Balnarring, VIC 3926 is located within the Mornington Peninsula local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
My family and I are moving down to Balnarring at the end of the year. I have a 4 year old daughter and a 15 month old son. I wanted to get a feel for the community from a local perspective.
