Why does the rating for Bannockburn say that its not great for Clean & Green?

Seems odd, lots of clean and green space out there. There is an ongoing recycling service, the lions club do annual metal musters and the farmers market promotes local produce. Downside is there is no local tip, (we use Geelong's recycling centre)
