Barbaralla Drive, Springwood, QLD 4127

Two big gated communities in this St side by side, both have older style townhouses in them. I’m not sure what is worse the noise and fumes from the highway that never stop at night or the problematic neighbours with problem case after problem case something and going from these places. Way too many times have I heard one of these units being destroyed by some idiot or the problem couples that come and go with their various issues that are not exactly quiet. I only end up here when I run out of money and I believe its the same for many others. Just a good case that the govt. needs to get their priorities in order to stop this collection of low-income people in the same place and leave this what was once nice area there for the actual residents.

I bought a townhouse place here because I lived in the general area as a kid, so I know what it's like.! I attended the local school here, Springwood High, and found it to be pretty friendly.! I also used to ride my bike around the area as a kid too.! Nice selection of Parks here & there ... Local Mechanic, Doctors, local Church, quite a few Restaurants & TakeAways in the area, Primary & High Schools, Gym, Car Yards, Fuel Stations, Major Shops like Coles, Target, Woolworths, Aldi, as well as nick-knack shops, gift shops, local bottle shop etc, Busway Interchange & Bus Stops everywhere ... The place has pretty much everything U would need.!!

The street itself is generally quite. Family's are in the area, kids & parents I see walk their dogs & themselves, joggers running, older folks walking etc, all are friendly.! I got broadband 1st go ... Now upgraded to Adsl2+ because the exchange has just updated themselves.! - Mobile phone signal strength is full power.! I'm on Vodafone & it's great.! Local phone line is OK, the line was noisy, but had Telstra "CleanUp The Line".!! All is good now.!! - I do have an Alarm-System installed, tho I have NEVER had any attempts, this is my personal habit to protect, it's never gone off.!!

Overall ... I'm glad to live here ... I'm very happy right where I am ... When I'm ready to purchase another property, I would still choose another place around here.! Good access north & south because I'm easy access to the freeway.!! A slight detour & I'm on the East West Tollway Motorway towards Ipswich & Toowoomba etc.!! - 1st time I've done a review, if I can edit this I will, otherwise I will add to this later.!! Can't fault the area ... It's never given me any trouble at all ... Love It Here.!!
