Which is the best street in Geelong?

Reasonably general question. Do you want most expensive or most affordable? Do you want best architecture? Do you want most conveniences? Do you want views?

It’s hard to answer without knowing what your definition of “best” means. In times past the best address in Geelong is Noble St Newtown- due to Geelong College and Grammars school presence also the esplanade in Drumcondra due to being absolute Waterfront and all the way around to Eastern beach. There is a difference between the best address and popular.

Linton Lane is one of the best streets in Highton (Geelong) river views, quiet street no one drives down except locals because it's not a drive thru street. 2 minutes walk to river and did I mention the views????? Best neighbours, have christmas street partys.

Pakington street it has shops, cafés, schools, a library and the town hall... 😀

I want to know : which is the best part of Geelong for my familly( me -not finished study of Engl.language and literacy,my housband-master of political science ,son 3y,daughter 7y),'couse work there,and he want study and can work half hour and I can work full time but I can't study util he finished,
so we shell arrive there in October
I just want to know what happened and what can I expected!!
