Next beach suburb of Central Coast to boom?

Looking to move to the Central Coast from Bondi. We are a young family and are looking at the next boom beach suburb! Any advice?

Hi Michelle! Thanks for your question.
The Central Coast has many beaches that are beautiful to visit. Though we find that Shelly Beach is one of the most popular and engaging, Wyong Council has recognised this and given the thumbs up for an upgrade as well! They will be adding new pathways, new picnic tables and just some more general modernisation and landscaping to run alongside the new Surf Club and Take-away facilities there.
We encourage you to buy as soon as possible within this area if you would like to be near the beach, for this area is certainly booming at present!

I would definitely say shelly beach/long jetty is the most upcoming suburbs on the central coast, it is clear that some houses need to be redeveloped although in my believes that is soon to change due to its reputable surf club and golf course I would say this suburb is one of the best suburbs on the central coast.
