"Green, quiet but hilly street"
Close to hospital, train station, Brisbane waters, schools, shops are within walking distance but are at the other side of the train station so this street is quiet.
The surrounding is very green and full of flowers and birds in Spring.
Some part of the street is on top of a steep hill--good Fengshui but you need to be fit to walk up.
