"Beach, Golf, shopping and the tea tree lakes!"
This is a great area with all kinds of shops, shopping centre, golfing, tea tree lakes and beautiful belongil beach. There is a new development that has recently popped up here of funky two storey quality builds. Literally they started advertising land for sale in this development and it was sold with 48 hours!
