"A wonderful place to raise a family"

A fantastic suburb for young couples, professionals and even raising a family. 30km from Melbourne city in leafy eastern suburb. So close to Dandenong Ranges National Park which just like your big backyard. Great public transport and local amenities, shops, schools and parks. Proximity to major shopping centres including Eastland, Costco, and Westfield Knox. Safe and family friendly suburb to live in!
Pros
  • Leafy and green space with plenty of parklands
  • Close to many shopping centres
  • Newly redeveloped train station

"Excellent shopping and public transport links"

Though the border of Bayswater and Bayswater North lacks distinction, this suburb is indeed a separate location from Bayswater. Based almost 30km from Melbourne city and home to a small local shopping centre boasting various supermarkets and specialty stores, Bayswater North has a population of roughly 8,000 people and an average property price of $380,000. Excellent train and bus services link Bayswater North with nearby commercial precincts as well as surrounding suburbs including Croydon South, Kilsyth, Boronia, Heathmont and Ringwood East.
