"Private and quiet street in the heart of "Old Torquay""
As you look on a map of Torquay you will notice why Beales is a quieter street than most, with little traffic passing through... It is not a street that people pass through to get to the beach. It takes about 2 - 3 minutes to walk to the beaches from this street. It is also within close walking distance to Bell Street, and the esplanade. Also nearby is the new lot of retail shops, cafe's, supermarkets, and the list goes on.
the BAD: during new years eve, there are idiots walking around and sleeping in cars. This isn't street-specific though.
All in all - I highly recommend this street for anyone thinking of moving to Torquay. This street deserves the "Excellent" five star rating !
