"Country feel on the city fringe"
Belmont Crescent is a great, leafy, quiet and friendly location.
Fantastic bird life!
Friendly neighbours !
Walk to Were Street Village or head the other way and walk in to Eltham shopping. Great selection of schools, many within walking distance. Friendly neighbours - annual street Christmas party, Trick or treating for Halloween for kids.
Nestled in a valley with no noise at all, however 10 mins by car you can shop at either Doncaster or Greensborough.
"Monty" ( North - East of Melbourne) is one of Melbourne's best kept secrets - not too far from anything but far enough from the hustle and bustle!
