"A Convenient Street"
With the shopping centre at the beginning of the street, all facilities are within easy reach. Local buses, walk to work for local tradies etc.
Reasonably modern homes with a big variety of occupants. All homes are on good sized blocks and don't have that 'sardines in a can' feel.
