"Ocean Views close to the QLD NSW Border."
The further you drive up the hill the better the view plus there's great access to the QLD/ NSW border trail at the end of the cul de sac. Leafy, breezy street with great neighbours, yes there are units surrounding the upper end of the street but I only heard one disturbance in a 2 year period. I still own a house there but it's currently rented out while I live away from the Coast.
The street is quite steep so keeps any lingering troublemaking/ bored unsavoury types travelling by foot or bmx down to a minimum as your bike will definately need gears to get up the hill!
I sold in The Observatory, Reedy Ck previous to this and much prefer the location at Hoffschildt plus Currumbin Ck is Gods Country! What can I say I miss it...
Great for
- Affordable with ocean views the higher you go.
- Great neighbours/ community spirit.
- Close enough to the beach but further enough away from the sea salt
Not great for
- Trees growing too tall blocking the magnificent views of Palm Beach/ Burleigh.
- Units surrounding the upper end of street although they are usually well behaved.
