Reviews of Birch Drive, Hamlyn Terrace
"What a fabulous area for families"
Birch Drive is a quiet street located in Willows Bend, one of the area's nicest estates. The estate features about 150 homes and is bordered by the Pacific Highway and Wildlife corridors. There is only one way in and out of the estate, which makes it like a gated community (without the gate) and a refreshing change from some of the surrounding estates which resemble rabbit warrens. The homes within Willows Bend are all of a high standard and life revolves around Willows Park in the centre. It's a great place for kids to play and there is always someone around. The neighbours are all really friendly and it's not uncommon for street BBQ's and NYE celebrations to occur in the park. Being a fairly new estate, about 5 years, the gardens and trees are still getting established but already it is obvious that this really is one of the jewels of Warnervale. Anyone looking for a relaxed lifestyle in a friendly community, who wants to live close to great shops (10 mins to Tuggerah and just a bit less to Lake Haven, (Coles is over the road) will love living here. Throw into the mix close proximity to lovely Central Coast waterways and beaches and this is a slice of paradise only an hour from Sydney. We love it here and you will too!
