"Great connectivity to other roads"
Minnesota Road is the heart of Hamlyn Terrace, with connectivity between Sparks Road that leads to beaches as well as the freeway, the other end you'll find shopping, schools and medical practices.
This street is family friendly, with alot of families and you will see school children often walking through since there are 3 major schools along this road; Mackillop Catholic College (k-12), Warnervale Public School (k-6) and Wadalba Community College (k-12) up the other end. The new porters creek public school is also a short walk with other schools nearby.
Public transport is frequent since this is a main route.
This is also a well presented street with dwellings looking neat and tidy, most with immaculate lawns.
