Are bugs a problem?
Black Mountain, QLD 4563 is located within the Noosa local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.
Ive been given the advice not to live here as the bugs are out of control during summer??

What a load of hogwash!!
I lived at Black mountain for 25 years and recently split with my husband and now live at Dundowran Beach.
Black mountain was an amazing destination. Birds, rainforest trees, schools were excellent. I cannot fault this area at all.
Everywhere in Queensland you have to go inside from about 6pm in summer due to mosquitoes. Otherwise wear insect repellent.
Cannot fault this area. Our place now is worth a small fortune.
We were in the pool at night and often sit and look at our view until sunset.
