"Absolute gold..."
Black street is nicely tucked away so that it attracts no through traffic. Therefore it is a very safe street for kids to play and is very quiet. While many of the blocks are not huge i have found that the street attracts some big prices due to its convenience to everything.
It is walking distance to Essendon North Village, St Thereses primary school, and much more.
The homes themselves are mainly period but some have been demolished to make way for contemporary homes.
