Last review 2011, is Blackburn Vic still a great place to live?

As a current Property Manager in Blackburn, I would say Blackburn is a wonderful place to live.
Conveniently located with all amenities at your fingertips, including Blackburn Station, an abundance of primary and secondary schools, shops and cafes, not to mention the beautiful Blackburn Lake Sanctuary. With its tranquil settings and peaceful surroundings, it's the perfect haven in the City of Whitehorse.
