Does it flood in Blue haven?
I am considering buying a home in blue haven, is there risk of flood damage in the area and have there been floods where houses have been damaged, and do you think it is too far too travel to sydney from there?

To people who wants to buy in Blue Haven in 2021,
As an inexperienced home buyer, I just made an offer for one of the property in Blue Haven and had to pull off the offer because of the flood issue in the area.
You should be able to get more information on the flood issue If you google 'Wallarah Creek Catchment Floodplain Risk Management Study & Plan'.
p.s. when you plan to buy properties in areas that you are unfamiliar with, always go with the well known agencies e.g R&H, LJ Hooker & Ray White.
