"What a Bargain!!!"
This is an unbelievable house!!!
Upon entry of the property, you may be deceived into thinking it is a quaint little cottage.
Once inside you are pleasantly surprised by the open-spaced living areas, topped off with outstanding panoramic views.
Plenty of bedrooms for your children or grandchildren, with fantastic guest accommodation downstairs, including 2 bedrooms, toilet and their own living area.
With a selection of entertaining areas to choose from, you would never have your morning cuppa in the same place. And your parties would be the talk of the town with the enviable views you are able to indulge in from the back verandah.
You would never have to fight your kids for the toilet as there are 3. That is a HUGE issue for me as a mother of 4. (or if you have a husband that require a newspaper for his bathroom visits)
A property definately worth considering!!!
