"Perfect Location"
The Boulevarde in Mount Hawthorn is a perfect location well positioned close to shops, cafés, parks, the school and still only minutes away from the CBD. As the flagship street in Mount Hawthorn it retains much of the original character of this 1920s suburb with beautifully maintained and extended period homes on a wide tree lined street. It has easy freeway access and is well served by public transport. An excellent location.
