"Great family living"
Boomerang Road is a quiet cul-de-sac elevated from the rest of Waratah. Easy stair and walkway access to a large reserve great for exercise and city views. It is within walking distance to many local primary and secondary schools, preschools and child care. Easy walking distance to Waratah Village Shopping Centre which has Coles, Kmart, Gloria Jeans, Post Office, Bakery etc. This is the place where many locals meet for a coffee or lunch in the many outdoor eating areas. I lived in this street for nearly 10 years and enjoyed the relaxed family lifestyle it offers. Waratah is central to everything in Newcasle, including hospitals, and only 15-20 min drive to local beaches. Would recommend living here, was sorry to leave.
