There is a Holy Spirit Nursing Home on Sandgate Road just in front of the Nudgee College School grounds. They have been selling out pretty quickly but there are still a few 1 & 2 bedroom places left - they start at $400,000 and increase depending on your needs, size and location within the facility. If anyone would like further information on what stock is still available or how to buy one don't hesitate to contact me - our office is selling them.
