"Nice Tidy Street"
Great quiet cul-dec-sac street. Everyone maintains yards, park at the end of the street and is close proximity to USQ (university), short drive into the CBD and you have biggest Woolworths in Toowoomba in next suburb over which is just a 3 minute drive.
Very handy location.
