"Great Location"
Gorman Street in Darling Heights has always been a great area, for both owner buyers and investors. Being close to the Uni, Japanese Gardens, other parks, shops and still within 10-15 minutes from the CBD, it offers a great lifestyle

"Close to uni"
This is a good area to live in when going to uni. Probably not if you aren't. Lots of young people, maybe a few parties on Saturday nights, Sunday mowing may not get done that often however. Nothing wrong with that, but if you are a fastidious gardener who wants to retire, maybe not the place.
Typically modern project style brick veneer homes, unfenced without gardens, not a lot of trees in area.
Bit far from town centre for me, but great for uni.
