"Pleasant street with level blocks close to sporting ovals and Balgownie Village shops"
Much of the street faces sporting ovals which are used on weekends for soccer, cricket and other sporting activities. Blocks are reasonably flat and suitable for seniors. Close to Balgownie Village and to Catholic and Public Schools. Traffic and parking can be chaotic on weekends when there are sporting fixtures.
