Reviews of Brinsmead, QLD

"Just ok."

Not sure why people rate this place really high.
Honestly speaking there is plenty of houses , mostly new built but too far from a city like Cairns.
Cairns CBD is just awesome.
Brinsmead is far from schools and shopping centers. Only if you really choose some pockets, you may be a bit closer.
There is few great freshwater creeks and swimming holes.
Leafy like most part of QLD.
No public transport. ( Bus once in a while). Uber yes.
Nothing exciting.

"A Premium Location only 8-10 minutes from the CBD"

My name is Alison Grose and I have the priviledge of being the Sole Marketing Agent for S & F Marino Pty. Ltd the developers of Kanimbla Heights Estate - since 1998. So in the past 12 years I have sold virtually every new block in the area and had the pleasure of getting to know most of the residents and watching what was a huge empty paddock become one of the most popular and sought after areas in Cairns. The neighbourhood has a great sense of community and our residents display a lot of pride in their homes and lovingly created & cared for gardens. I constantly hear how happy clients are to have bought in this area. Naturally after all this time specialising in Kanimbla Heights I also have been fortunate to represent a large percent of the locals when they choose to sell their homes and have watched their investments reap great rewards on selling. However many clients are only selling so they can build again in the area - we have several clients who are now on their 3rd or 4th home - so you can see it is a great place to live & also a great place to take advantage of solid capital growth. If you have any questions you would like answered please feel free to email me on - [email protected] or just phone 0411770908. I know you will be happy living in this suburb.

"Corinne Corner"

Hi there! My name is Corinne Bramwell and as many of the residents in Brinsmead know I walk regularly in the suburb with my two Dashis, Soda and Dodi. I mention them because Soda is very much a part of my Real Estate advertising campaign!
I just wanted to share this wonderful success story with you. It was definately a win win situation all round! On December 1st I listed 18 Banning Avenue for sale in the low $400's and by December 7th we had a contract, by the 9th it was unconditional. Santa was able to visit the owners in their new home and the vendors were very happy with the price of $410,000.
No advertising costs, cash contract and a quick settlement- you have to agree this is a great story.
