"Quiet street Great for families. No Housing Commision !!"
Is one of the last areas in Palmerston where you have a large block and can fully fence your yard, with no restrictions and small blocks like the new suburbs. Broadarrow is a quiet friendly street and only a few houses walk to Childcare, Preschool and one of darwins best Primary schools.(cnr of broadarrow and woodroffe ave) Yet you dont hear the noise. Only 5 Km's to the city of palmerston and 2 Km's in the other direction is the Elizabeth River boat ramp if your a keen fisherman.
