"NICE PARKS"
Did not live there but did house sit for 3 months in this street, as it was very nice and no real noise during the day, at night itlike it changed so many young drunks kids int the near by park, ( had to clean up beer bottles very sunday:(
Apart from that is was a good place for a short term vist

"Rent there for a year got broken into 4 times"
Rent there for 1 year got broken into 4 times. Moved out straight away
Aprt fromthat it has some nice parks, during the day was too scared at night
