"Brookfield, the best of Melton"

Brookfield is Melton’s most expensive and most popular suburb. A great place to live. AAA+

- Melton has a bad name but this is hear say and not reality in everyday life. All of Melton is as safe as any other suburb of Melbourne.

"Home of house invasions"

Lived in Brookfield for over a year been broken into twice and around 5 other people just in the same street did too I honesty can't believe people are rating it the best suburb like are you sure we are talking about the same place all I hear about is home invasions and cars being stolen since I moved after being broken into and having everything stolen and the house trashed and smashed up that area is an absolute nightmare!

"Beautiful & Nice suburb"

Nice to live with family/ kids, its a nice suburb with all the things in to 5-7 minutes drive range. I will recommend to buy house as prices slightly getting up, I bought mine in DEC 2016. Beautiful houses around the area.
