I have previously had clients invest in this area. As with most investments, if you can hold the property longer term - you are likely to attain a profit from the property. There will be other areas that may suit your risk appetite and needs better based on whether you require a more immediate ROI (Higher Rental Income), or whether you prefer a longer term option (Higher Growth).
