"Conveniently located, affordable and NICE."
A wonderful part of Valley View. Established trees, parks and gardens attracting wonderful bird life. Dry Creek Reserve is present throughout the entire suburb. It's walking/cycling tracks provide for excellent outdoor recreation and various children's playgrounds are dotted throughout Valley View. Just across Nelson road is the Thomas Turner Reserve and a Par 3 golf course and driving range for golfing enthusiasts and the like. The Valley View Shopping Centre is most conveniently located with easy access and it has whatever you need for a basic shop. For more selection Ingle Farm shopping Centre and Tea Tree Plaza are so close by (within 5 and 8 mins respectively) you couldn't want for anything more. The suburb as a whole is attractive, clean and green, family friendly and quiet (excluding main roads). It is also full of animal lovers, cats and/or dogs at almost every house down my street! I bought here because it's affordable whilst being a pleasant and safe place to live. Highly recommended.
