Flockhart Avenue, Valley View, SA 5093

Flockhart Avenue is a beautiful tree lined street, the cherry plum trees look fantastic in spring and most of the parts of the street has a great view of the hills. The street provides great convenience in terms of the proximity to Helen Terrace bus route or North East bus route, the great reserves, ovals, a linear park and playgrounds for families with kids, also great for people with pets. It is often used as a walking trail between the linear park and the residents live around Wright Road.
It is about 10-12 minute walk from the Clovercrest Shopping Centre and Holden Hill Shopping Centre on North East Road, less than 5 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza, 15 minute drive to North Adelaide and half an hour drive to Semaphore Beach. Also there are direct buses to Port Adelaide.

We have been living here for three years and find everyting we need in a very close proximity. We just love it.
