"Great quiet street, close to CBD"
Being the first set of detatched houses from the CBD of penrith, brown st is a well sought after street, as it is not a major thoroughfare it is free of heavy traffic and kids can actually platy on the street,
It is a 5 minute walk to the restaurants of high st, 1 block from the RSL and bowling club, within 10 minutes walking of 4 pubs, westfeilds a hoyts cinema a football stadium and the station that has express intercity trains to central.
