Reviews of Browne Avenue, Dalkeith
"Tranquillity"
Wow, great street. Located in the heart of arguably the premier suburb in Perth is this beautiful and well maintained street. Not a hair out of place, everyhting is trim and neat with beautiful houses. Can hear a pin drop it is so quiet. Walk to great shops and restaurants or take a stroll to the river. Not particulalry elevated but still manages to get enough of a breeze to brush out the warmth of summer.

"A quiet haven between city, river and sea...."
We think this is the ideal location. Close to work for those in the city, close enough to cycle to the ocean and walk to the river.
It is only a few hundred metres to the beautiful Swan River where playgrounds abound, the kids can ride their bikes, we can paddle the kayaks, have BBQs and enjoy the sunny outdoor Perth lifestyle. Fantastic schools nearby, the University of Western Australia on our doorstep, and Restaurants and Entertainment not too far away.
The big plots on Browne Ave mean there is room for our youngsters to run around in the garden, kick the footy, have a small vegetable patch and a few fruit trees; I've even got my own big back yard shed! Others have pools, tennis courts and there are many beautifully manicured gardens and fantastic homes along the street.
So an absolutely lovely neighbourhood that suits us perfectly.
