"Unarguably Dalkeith's Most Expensive Street"
With the recent sale of 56 Jutland Parade - a riverfront 2302sq m property - for $20 million, this has set a record for the highest residential property sale price in Western Australia's history. Jutland Parade is peaceful, and although the majority of properties in Dalkeith are in my opinion over priced, if you have the money, go for it! Parks, schools and recreational facilities are nearby.
