"very friendly street"
Hi, we have lived here for 3 years now, we have some great neighbours that would do anything for you and make you feel very welcome and safe and secure. It is a pretty quiet street , just local traffic. Haven't had any problems since we have been here with crime or bad neighbours. I feel it is an underated suburb , but should pick up soon as rezoning discussions have started, possibly in about 12 months it will be rezoned for r40.
